The Engaged Program of the Provisory Government of the Committee for Overthrow (C.P.R. – Comité Pour le Renversement)

1 – The Establishment of Public Security:
We suppose that the first measure that must be taken in order to envisage the accomplishment of development projects is the installation of public and individual security. Consequently, we are going to favor the putting in place of national and international security in our country before launching other successive projects.
2 – The Development of Highway and Railroad Networks:
We know very well that the reinforcement of methods of transportation, the facilitation of communications and connections between the cities, constitutes one of the factors of success for the development of the economy of a country, it is the reason for which we are going to link up all the cities in Iran through railway and highway networks in conformity with world standards.
3 – Aerial Development:
For the national and international aerial navigation, we are going to construct new airports in the bigger cities, in all the tourist cities, and new aerial companies will be created in order to improve the movement of people.
4 – The Development of Agriculture:
We are going to modernize and industrialize the agricultural sector, and we favor the creation of an agricultural credit bank in order to ensure the future of the farmers and to invest in this sector.
5 – The Development and the Construction of New Dams:
In order to combat against drought and the lack of electric energy, we are going to develop this sector.
6 – The Development and the Construction of New Cities and Housing:
Regarding the demographic question of decentralization, we are going to construct new cities and suburbs as well as modern housing in the private and public sectors.
7 – The Development in the Health Sector:
This program has the goal of giving access to the needs of all Iranians. We are going to construct new hospitals and develop the pharmaceutical sector as well as social security for the Iranian people.
8 – The Development of National Education:
In order to modernize and democratize a society, we are in need of basing ourselves on an equitable and consistent project in the education domain in order to create a civic society, one that is respectable to the law as well as other people.
9 – The Development of the Tourist and Hotel Sector:
The development of tourist sites and methods with which to access certain sites in order to favor the cultural and seasonal tourism with the view to develop the economy for the creation of a complementary economy to that of petroleum.
10 – The Modernization of Military Equipment and Territorial Defense:
We are going to develop and modernize the police, the constabulary, and the Iranian national army in order to secure Iran and the Middle East in order to maintain peace in region and consequently in the rest of the world.
11 – The Development and Modernization of the Computer Science Sector:
We are going to develop the computer science sector in the public and private service and the industrial sector.
We will create new computerized systems with central networks in the biggest of Iranian cities.
12 –The Engagement of the Provisory Government for the Project of Globalization:
We will develop foreign investments in the industries and services, all while respecting the international rules and the multilateral agreements as well as the regulations of the World Commerce Organization (the O.M.C. – Organization Mondiale de Commerce.)
